Mini Highland Games / Clan Games

These are very popular group events. Our instructors can appear in club uniforms or informal Highland Dress depending on your preference. The event is usually between 2-3 hours in duration and will be uniquely tailored to suit your requirements and budget. We will normally include a combination of some / all of the following events depending on your choices...

Target Archery
Our experienced instructors will ensure all participants receive individual coaching to improve their score. Teams/individuals are scored from 1-10 depending where they hit on the target face.

Tossing the Caber
This is a very popular game where individuals score depending on the accuracy of their throw. We have 2 sizes of caber making this activity suitable for both junior and adult participation.

Miniature Golf
We have a full set of golf clubs and balls and will set up a miniature range where individuals score points depending on how few shots are taken to reach the hole.

Shot Putt
This is a traditional highland event where individuals score depending on distance achieved. We have a variety of weights making this activity suitable, fair, and safe for all ages.

Feeding the Haggis
This is a fun event where participants attempt to feed the haggis by throwing food (bean bags) through the mouth of our hungry looking haggis beasties.

Hurling the “Welli”
A modern Scottish tradition where participants score points for distance. This game is not as simple as it first appears due to the shape and weight of the wellies. We have different sizes of “welli” available making this game suitable for all ages.

The Rope Square
This is a team building activity involving a length of rope which the team have to place in a square. The team are given time to discuss strategy then are required to wear blindfolds whilst trying to complete their task. This is a challenging and fun event where participants must work as a team to succeed.

Tug – of – War
Traditional favourite at many events where teams compete to tug their side of the rope over the dividing line. This is often a good tie-breaker activity.

Mystery Feature
This is a surprise feature we include in our events upon request, it has always been proven to be extremely popular and we are happy to discuss details at the time of booking.
