Every Saturday From April - September in Dumbarton...

We offer archery tuition and/or highland events at Overtoun House, Milton Brae, Dumbarton, every Saturday from the beginning of April through to the end of September.  We are on site from 11am-4pm so please come and see us and take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn an exciting new skill.

Overtoun House (Milton Brae, Dumbarton,G82 2SH) is an ‘A’ listed Scottish Baronial Building that has stood overlooking the Clyde for nearly 150 years. It boasts magnificent views, easy access to a range of local walking routes, and a charming Tea Room where you can enjoy a choice of beverages, snacks, and / or delicious home cooked meals.

If you choose to eat in Overtoun House Tea Rooms during your visit, simply present your receipt to us for a 20% discount off the price of an individual ticket for any of Lomond Archers’ regular Saturday events at this venue.

Don’t miss our special events on the first Saturday of every month when we offer 3 rounds of arrows with coaching for only £5!!! 

Our standard Archery Tuiton price at this venue is only £20 per adult and £15 per child (up to 14 years). We will find the right bow to suit you and our trained instructors will provide you with one-to-one coaching guaranteed to improve your aim by the end of your session (approx 45m - 1hr). We also offer the following family / group discounts:

1. Group ticket (5+) … only £15 per adult and £10 per child
2. Family ticket (for 2 adults and up to 3 children) … only £50

Walking From A82, walk up footpath alongside Dumbarton Police Station and follow signs for "Overtoun House Circular Path' all the way to the top

Driving From A82, drive straight up road opposite Arnold Clark Car Showroom and continue till you reach Overtoun House.

The Last Sunday of Every Month From April - September in Rowardennan...

We offer archery tuition and/or highland events at The Rowardennan Hotel (Rowardennan, Loch Lomond, G62 0HR) on the last Sunday of every calender month through to the end of September.  We are on site from 12-5pm so please come and see us and take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn an exciting new skill.

The Rowardennan Hotel dates back to 1696 but has been recently refurbished in a contemporary Scottish style. The timeless beauty of the forest, peaks and Loch Lomond seem like another world, yet the Hotel is just an hour from Glasgow. Situated on the rugged eastern banks of Loch Lomond in the magnificent Queen Elizabeth Forest the Rowardennan Hotel has breathtaking views of Ben Lomond, Loch Lomond and the mountains to the North. Located on the famous West Highland Way, the Hotel is a notable milestone on the long route.

We offer 3 rounds of arrows with coaching for only £5 at this venue on the following dates:

– Sunday 30th May 2010
– Sunday 27th June 2010
– Sunday 25th July 2010
– Sunday 29th August 2010
– Sunday 26th September 2010

We also offer one-to-one archery tuition on these dates for only £20 per adult and/or £15 per child for the full hour… We provide a wide range of bows and equipment to suit all ages and abilities…

• Group ticket for full hour (5+) = only £15 per adult & £10 per child
• Family ticket for full hour for 2 adults and up to 3 children = only £50
